Code of Conduct at events of the Regional Marketing Offices
Participants at events organised by the Regional Marketing Offices shall always be neatly dressed, professional in their speech, and never under the visible influence of alcohol or drugs.
At events of the Regional Marketing Offices, participants shall in all respects ensure that they treat each other with respect and give others space to carry out their promotional work. If participants do not respect these instructions and conflicts arise as a result, the staff of the Regional Marketing Offices will endeavour to resolve the dispute. If this is not successful, the participants shall be removed from the area.
Participants at events organised by the Regional Marketing Offices shall not use the event to distribute material that falls strictly outside the scope of the company and the Regional Marketing Offices, such as propaganda for opinions, political movements, philosophical movements, or other such matters.
Respect and Integrity
Participants shall show each other respect in all interactions that take place within the forum of the Regional Marketing Offices.
Participants shall demonstrate loyalty and integrity at events. They shall ensure that their work is conducted in accordance with applicable laws and good morals.
Participants shall avoid taking part in actions or discussions that could tarnish the reputation of the destination or undermine trust in companies and the business community in the region.
Competition and Conflicts of Interest
The Regional Marketing Offices are a collaborative platform for companies, sole proprietors, associations, and institutions, many of which are in mutual competition.
Members of the Regional Marketing Offices shall ensure that their interactions within the forum of the Regional Marketing Offices never violate competition laws in force at any given time.
Members of the Regional Marketing Offices shall avoid conflicts of interest in their work within the forum of the Regional Marketing Offices and draw attention to any risk of such conflicts.
